You might not believe it but yes, it is true. It is the end of October and that time again - Labour Day long weekend.

 

It was back in 1840 that Samuel Parnell fought for the right of an eight-hour working day for New Zealand. Ever since, we have been honouring and celebrating this great win with our annual Labour Day long weekend. It is our chance to relax in the great outdoors, travel, dream about summer and have that very first BBQ for the season.
